Day 5
Today we started off with thunder burpees, they sucked. Wod today was 50 air squats, 200 skips, 40 kB swings, 40 sit ups w/ medicine ball, 30 back squats, 30 push press, 20 wall balls, 20 pull ups, 10 front squats, and 10 partner jump burpees. Great workout today
