Wod today was a hard one. We got into groups of 4 and did 5 rounds of 15 box jumps, push press, deadlifts. Then we did 200 skips, farmers carry’s, lunges, slam balls, sit ups, wall balls, and waiters carry’s. It was a hard workout.
