Day 5

Today we started off with thunder burpees, they sucked. Wod today was 50 air squats, 200 skips, 40 kB swings, 40 sit ups w/ medicine ball, 30 back squats, 30 push press, 20 wall balls, 20 pull ups, 10 front squats, and 10 partner jump burpees. Great workout today

Day 4

Today we did 5 rounds of 5 thrusters, 10 taters, 15 HR push-ups, 20 hollow rocks, and 50 skips. Our finisher was 20 walking lunges, 10 wall balls, 10 slam balls, and 20 pull ups.

Day 3

Wod today was a hard one. We got into groups of 4 and did 5 rounds of 15 box jumps, push press, deadlifts. Then we did 200 skips, farmers carry’s, lunges, slam balls, sit ups, wall balls, and waiters carry’s. It was a hard workout.

Second day, got to work out today. We did the 10,9,8…3,2,1 workout today with cleans, v-ups, and goblet squats. Our finisher was 3×8 of dumbbell rows (lawnmowers). Was a good workout

Day 12

Today we did max cleans and the tabata test. After we did our WOD which was 400m row, box jumps, knee raises, push press, kettle bell swings, and skips and we had to do it as many times as we could under 10min.

Today we did max pull ups and 1000m row for our record time. For our WOD, we did 4 rounds of burpees, deadlifts, and goblet squats.

We did max back squats and 500m row for your best time. For our WOD, we did 3 rounds of cleans, deadlifts, front squats, and push press. It was a good workout

Day 9

We did max push press and max air squats in 1min today, I thought I did really well in both. For our WOD we had to do air squats, sit ups, push ups, rows, and pull ups in the fastest time we could.

We did max deadlifts and max push ups today, I did pretty good with the deadlifts and alright with push ups. Hoping by the end of the year I can hit 30 push ups in a row.
