Day 7

Friday we started our testing, today we did bench press max and max sit ups in 1min. My max for bench was 141 and I got 44 sit ups. After the testing we did a circuit.

Day 6

Thursday we learned the bear complex and the clean and jerk. The bear complex was a bit weird at the start but I got the hang of it after.

Day 5

Monday we did the thunder burpees where everytime the word “thunderstruck” came up in the song thunderstruck we would do a burpee. Than we did a circuit of a couple other things plus back and front squats.

Day 4

Day 4. End of the week workout, we did 5 rounds of thrusters, taters, push ups, hollow rocks, and skips. The hollow rocks were really hard on the core.

Day 3

Day 3 was a really good workout, we did 5 rounds of 15 reps of deadlifts, push press, and box jumps. My thighs are really sore from the deadlifts.

Second day, I was very sore from the other day, we did some cleans and my trap was really sore. Felt really good after though

Day 1

First day back at working out, feels good to start getting back into it. We did a lot of different workouts today, can’t wait to see what the rest of the year has for me.
